2010 membership in the Chicago District Golf Association is $22.00. CDGA members receive a membership card in the mail. A USGA Handicap Index is computed for each golfer every other week April through October. A summary sheet listing all current Village Links handicaps is posted at the Clubhouse Handicap Center. Bi-weekly update labels, noting the current handicap index and the last 20 scores posted, can be printed at the handicap desk.

Handicap Index is computed for each golfer every other week from April through
October. You can also use the CDGA Handicap Computers to look up your
current Handicap and to print a label to afix to your membership card whenever
you wish.
Village Links golfers can also post handicap scores online at www.cdga.org.
You will need your CDGA member number to post online.
Official handicaps are used in most of the competitions conducted at the Village Links each year. They enable golfers of varied abilities to compete on an equitable basis and are often used by golfers to chart their own progress. USGA handicaps are accepted at golf courses across the country.
CDGA members receive a subscription to the Chicago District Golfer magazine, can play in CDGA tournaments, and qualify for discounts at certain golf courses.

While the Handicap Index will revise year round, the season for posting scores will be April 1 to October 31. Any rounds played in the District during the months of November through March are NOT to be posted for handicap purposes. However, if rounds are played in areas of the country that are in season, they are to be posted
